A clean home, every visit, at one honest rate: $60 per labor hour. Become a client before March 2027 and that rate is locked for as long as you stay with us — we will not raise it on you.
No deep clean required to start. No membership. No cancellation fee.
These are starting ranges, not your price. They assume a full-scope clean on an average home. We set your actual price at the walkthrough, based on your home and what you actually want done — for a well-kept home or a shorter list, it is usually less than the range above.
Every visit includes all supplies and equipment. Weekly, twice-monthly and monthly schedules available. Prices are starting estimates for standard-condition homes — we confirm your exact rate before any work begins.
Separate services, booked on their own. You do not need one of these to start recurring cleaning.

Starting estimates, not guaranteed quotes — every home is different. Pets, time since your last professional clean, and add-ons (windows, garage, inside cabinets) can affect pricing. Inside the oven and fridge are included in every deep clean. Eco-friendly and organizing services are quoted separately.
A deep clean is optional — you can start recurring cleaning right away. If your home needs catching up first, a recurring plan discounts that one-time deep clean — just ask us to apply it.
